Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see the email, ensure you entered the correct email address or try again after a few minutes.

3. How long is the password reset link valid?

The reset link is valid for 60 minutes. If it expires, you can request a new one from the 'Forgot Password' page.

4. Can I use the same old password again?

Yes, but for better security, we recommend using a new password that you haven’t used before.

5. I no longer have access to my registered email. What should I do?
