மற்றவர்கள் விரும்பிக் கேட்டு உணரும்படியாகக் கருத்துக்களைச் சொல்வதும், மற்றவர்கள் கூறும் சொற்களின் பயனை ஆராய்ந்து ஏற்றுக் கொள்வதும் அறிவுடையார் செயலாகும்
