ஒரு நல்ல அரசன் விக்ரமன், தன்னுடைய நாட்டில் ஏழைகளுக்கு உதவ திருந்தினான். ஒரு குடும்பம் சூழலால் வீடு இழந்தபோது, அவர் புதிய வீடு கட்டிக் கொடுத்து, வேலை வாய்ப்பும் ஏற்படுத்தினார். இந்த செயல் மக்கள் மனதில் அறம் பற்றிய புரிதலை ஏற்படுத்தியது.
