உணவிற்கு மோகம் கொள்வதை தவிர்த்து, அளவுக்கு உண்டு

அளவான உணவே ஆரோக்கியத்திற்கு தக்கது.
அளவுக்கே உண்ணும் அருண்
அருண் அதிகம் உண்பதை தவிர்த்தான். அளவான உணவால் அவர் ஆரோக்கியமாகவும் புத்திசாலியாகவும் வளர்ந்தார்.
